Unfortunately I need to brush up on my Japanese, though an interesting campaign has been released for adidas’s skin protection range in Japan. My favorite part of this campaign (and really what has grasped my attention) is the use of twitter in their online football game:

Boasting the visual accent native of Japan, this quick action Japanese mini-game gets you to shoot and score against the opposing team. What makes this different is their integration with twitter. The more followers a team has, the more opponents you have to shoot past, more over, increasing the difficulty of the game.
Take a look at the campaigns page here.
Personally it poses a very loose connection with the actual campaigns message, though playing the game is admittedly addictive, even if you just end up staring at the flashing title screen. All in all, it’s another way to waste a sunny afternoon.
